HERE ARE A FEW THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT BOOKING YOUR HOPSCOTCH ADVENTURE:
In order to secure and confirm your Charter, we require that you make a 25% deposit (of the price of your Charter) upon Booking.
Once you "Step on board" Hopscotch your experience is "All Inclusive". This means that we have you covered on Food, Drinks (Non Alcoholic), and Gear (kayaks, boards, etc).
You are responsible for: Transportation to and from Hopscotch, any alcohol you wish to bring on board, crew gratuities, and any thing you wish to purchase while we are on shore.
In the Charter industry, if service was excellent, it is customary to leave a %15-20 Gratuity on the total cost of the Charter. If service was less than excellent, we ask that you speak with us about it.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Our booking policy is a bit different than you will find in most of your travel experiences. This is because our guests usually book an adventure with us 12-24 months prior, and are going on a true trip of a lifetime! We only have a short few month season in Alaska, and its very difficult to fill our trips last minute, this is why we have to have a “Strict” booking policy.
To secure and confirm your Charter, we require that you make a 25% deposit (of the price of your Charter) upon Booking. This deposit is non-refundable, but we will always work with you to find a solution. We’re happy to speak with you about why in this industry we have to do a non-refundable deposit.
The next 25% is due180 days prior to your Charter start date (If you book within 180 days, the total 50% is due on booking (25% of which is non-refundable))
Between 180 and 90 days (prior to your charter start date) you can cancel your trip and receive a 25% refund.
At 90 days prior to your charter, your remaining 50% balance is due.
If you cancel a charter within 90 days of the start of your charter we will not be able to refund any amount. However we will work with you to re-book your trip for a later date/season, or transfer your trip to another friend/family.
